This wheel assembly is painted in a two coat process with masking used on the polished hub flange.  The spokes are painted a pearl black and the nipples are stainless.  This wheel is a Harley 21 inch front from a FXR model and has tapered roller bearings.  The bearing outer races do not have to be removed and the bearing can be reused.
